IMPACTS OF COVID-19
Covid-19 has resulted in longer than usual shipping times to international customers. Current transit times are in the range of 15-25 working days.
DELIVERY COSTS
Australia is right down the bottom of the world, a long way from anywhere. As such shipping globally does attract a cost to us that is expensive. We do our best to keep the prices we pass on to customers as low as possible. Our products, particularly our swags are big and bulky and to be honest bloody expensive to ship around. Below is our current shipping structure:

DELIVERY ADDRESS – IMPORTANT NOTE
Given our priority is to ensure you order lands in your hands we require a signature to transfer the order to you. We recommend using a place of work or business as the best delivery address for your order.
PO BOX DELIVERIES
Please note that we can not deliver to post office boxes. A good alternative is to send it to your place of work or a friends or relatives house.
DELIVERY TIMES
This will depend on your geographic location. When your orders is shipped you will receive an email from us which will contain freight company details on how to track the delivery status of your order online.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Crashpad does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country in which you reside. We cannot advise you what these costs (if any) will be.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Crashpad, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
